2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns

The product delivered is damaged or defective,

The product delivered is incorrect (not what you ordered).
2.2 Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for opened bottles of wine, unless the product is proven defective.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for return.
2.3 Process for Returns

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and (if possible) photos of the product.

We will arrange a collection through our courier service or request that you return the product using an approved method.
2.4 Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, we will offer either:

A replacement product, or

A refund (processed to the original payment method).

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
3. Responsibility During Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
